How It works
1. Bring us the good stuff
Schedule a drop-off or home pickup. We’ll take up to 3 grocery bags of your little one’s best pieces.
2. We do the hard stuff
We sort, price, and merchandise everything, so it actually sells.
3. You get your offer
Within 10 business days, you’ll receive an email offer: → 25% cash or 40% store credit (based on our selling price).

4. Get paid + feel good
Accept your offer and your payout is sent to your preferred account. Anything we can’t sell is donated locally or thoughtfully upcycled through our partners.

Not at the moment. You can pop in anytime we're open. The appointment helps us manage our inventory flow and expedites your drop-off by giving us time to process the information in advance. We may change our policy from time to time. So please follow us on Instagram to make sure nothing has changed.
You'll drop off your inventory to whoever is working, and they'll process it for pricing and merchandising. If you haven't already, you'll sign a client agreement. Then you'll sit tight for your email offer.
We say up to 10 business days, but we're usually much quicker!
We can't provide exact numbers until we process your inventory, but no matter what, you'll get 25% of our selling price in cash or 40% in store credit.
Unfortunately, no. We treat all our clients the same, so we don't negotiate pricing on an individual basis.
We're a small business, providing a service. We do the work behind the scenes to sell your items, and to maintain that service, we need to earn a profit. We also pay upfront for what we want to sell, so we take the hit if nobody buys it. You may have the opportunity to receive a higher return on an individual basis, but you will spend a lot of time and energy to do so. No hard feelings if that's what you prefer!
You’ll get paid via Zelle, direct deposit or digital check when you accept the offer. We can also write a paper check upon request.
Not necessarily! Unlike many other resale shops, we may take any item during any season as long as it's in tip-top condition.
We prefer clothing in near-mint condition.
If it’s current, cute, and has lots of life left, we’re likely to welcome it.
That said, we’re especially eager to buy brands that hold up well and can sell at prices that honor both buyer and seller.
Additionally, we don’t buy branded collateral like school/camp merchandise due to their limitations for reuse.
For a first-rate shopping experience, we avoid weathered, tired, outdated, soiled, stained, or incomplete items. This may include unmatched pajamas and tags labeled with permanent markers. Name stickers are fine if they can be removed.
If they're in perfect condition, we do!
You can either pick up your other things or we work with amazing Essex County organizations that dress our community’s children or up-cycle materials to ensure clothes stay out of the trash.
